Things clients ask before signing.
It depends on scope, but most first releases land between a focused 6-week build and a 4–6 month platform. After a free discovery call we send a written estimate with a milestone breakdown — no vague ranges, and no invoice surprises.
Usually within one to two weeks. Discovery can often begin immediately while we assemble the delivery team around your stack and timeline.
You do — completely. Repositories, cloud accounts, domains and documentation are created in your name or transferred to you at handover. We don't use proprietary frameworks that trap you with us.
Yes. We regularly join existing teams, pick up legacy code and work inside a client's own process, tooling and repositories. We can also run a short audit first so everyone knows what we're dealing with.
Every project includes a 30-day warranty. Beyond that, most clients move onto a monthly support plan covering monitoring, security updates, small enhancements and a guaranteed response time.
We sign an NDA before discovery, keep client data in isolated environments, and apply least-privilege access across all systems. Security and data-handling requirements are written into the contract.
